1. Shipping Within Canada:
   Weed Cargo only accepts orders with valid Canadian delivery addresses. International shipping is not available, and all cannabis orders are subject to applicable Canadian laws and shipping restrictions.
2. Age Requirements:
   Customers must be at least 19 years old to purchase cannabis products from Weed Cargo and must meet the legal age requirements in their province or territory. Age verification may be required before an order is processed or delivered.
3. Lost, Damaged & Missing Packages:
   Customers must provide accurate shipping information, including apartment or unit numbers. Delivery issues may arise from incorrect addresses, expired P.O. boxes, Canada Post errors, damaged parcels, or packages stolen after delivery. Please contact Weed Cargo customer support if your order is missing or damaged. Claims will be reviewed according to our shipping policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Cannabis Product Prices & Availability:
   All product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Cannabis product availability, pricing, and promotions may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep our online product listings accurate.
5. Canadian Shipping Rates:
   Weed Cargo offers a $15 flat shipping fee on orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping within eligible Canadian destinations, subject to applicable restrictions. Shipping charges are confirmed during checkout.
6. Canadian Customer Eligibility:
   Customers must reside in Canada and meet the legal requirements applicable to the products they purchase. Weed Cargo does not accept international orders.
7. Website Use & Security:
   Customers must use Weed Cargo’s website lawfully and provide accurate information when registering or placing orders. Fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and misuse of our services are prohibited.
8. Canada Post Shipping & Delivery Times:
   Where available, Weed Cargo uses Canada Post for Canadian order deliveries. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, shipping service, and carrier conditions. Orders shipped to remote regions, including Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories, may require additional transit time. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
9. Cannabis Order Processing Times:
   Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time will generally be prepared for shipment on the following business day, provided payment and any required verification have been completed. Processing and delivery times may be affected by weekends, statutory holidays, or unforeseen delays.
10. Returned Orders & Restocking Fees:
    Packages returned to Weed Cargo by Canada Post may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a $15 shipping charge, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping. These fees apply where permitted by law and do not override applicable consumer rights.
